A member of the sweetlip family, very similar to Grass Emperor/Grassy Sweetlip. Reef-caught with a mild, slightly sweet pleasant flavour and low oiliness. White, firm, moist flesh with large flakes. Flesh holds together relatively well for a reef fish.
